General Instructions
The Bosch submersion concrete vibrator has been
especially designed to allow the condensing of
most concrete applications, such as in columns,
stem walls, foundations, footings and slabs, among
others, by keeping the water-cement mix homo-
geneous and eliminating air bubbles, thus insuring
greater hardness and resistance to concrete. The
vibrating head is made of special steel; the parts
most subject to wear and tear effects due to the
friction with concrete have been hardened. An
internal eccentric device (mounted onto fiber-cage
bearings), properly dimensioned and driven by an
all purpose motor, combined to a flexible shaft of
high impact and high condensing amplitude,
provide a higher degree of efficiency at a lower
cost/benefit ratio. The hose, due to hard working
conditions, is constructed of rubber mounted over a
frame of brass alloy steel, with internal spiral of
ABNT 1060 hot-rolled steel to increase its
resistance.
Security
• Read all these instructions carefully and
be sure you have understood them. If you
have any doubt, consult with your local
supplier for further information.
• This concrete vibrator is not to be used by disqua-
lified persons or people less than 18 years of age.

• For a good result in condensation, the operator
must have basic knowledge of the tool's features
and of concrete construction as well.
Never connect the plug to the electric supply with
the tool switched on.
• Before connecting the plug to any electrical
single-phase outlet, be sure that the voltage
matches the indications on the tool's nameplate.
overcharge.
• Wear all the protective equipment recommended,
such as helmet, gloves and rubber boots, safety
goggles, earplugs, safety belt etc., according to the
safety rules recommended for the work.
• Keep proper and safe footing and balance when
handling the tool.
• Never walk on scaffolds or near to borders above
the ground without wearing a safety belt.
• Keep the working area clean and uncluttered in
order to allow the operator to move freely.
• Disconnect the tool before servicing and when
changing accessories (hose, head).
• Don't use hoses/heads out of specifications or not
suited for the job.
• Don't use the concrete vibrator in the presence of
flammable fluids or gases. Explosion risk!
Operation
Before connecting the plug to any electrical single-
phase outlet, be sure that the voltage matches the
indications on the tool's nameplate. A voltage in
excess will increase the revolution/peripheral
speed; a smaller voltage will reduce the power. In
both cases, the tool's motor will be damaged and
the user will be exposed to hazards.
Differential safety cutout
Before turning the tool on, test it.
1) Before plugging the tool on, check if the power
switch is turned off. If not, turn it off.
2) Plug the tool to the outlet and push RESET

• Do not remove the plug or the
differential cutout from the electric cord; it
will protect you against electric shocks,
short-circuits from the mains and motor
