Troubleshooting

Problem
Motor does not run
Vibrations are too
strong
Possible cause
There is no electric current coming in to
the machine
The motor has overheated
The carbon brushes are used
Screws or parts of the machine are loose.
The grinding disc is not set in properly
The grinding disc is not correctly mounted
Workpiece is not properly supported.
Check your electric connection and
supply
Allow the machine to run idle for
about 2 minutes so that it can cool
down.
Change out both carbon brushes
(changing out carbon brushes)
Tighten all screws.
Set the grinding dis in properly
(inserting/changing the grinding disc)
Mount the grinder correctly (installing
the tool)
Secure the workpiece (in example on a
workbench)
