Decorating nozzles:
- Used to create designs and/or decorations by moving the nozzle or keeping it
at a fixed point to obtain different decorative shapes (Fig. 4)
Cleaning
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before undertaking
any cleaning task.
- Clean the electrical equipment and the mains connection with a damp cloth
and dry. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid
and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or
abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under
a running tap.
- It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
- Clean the nozzles, piping bag and nozzle adapter with plenty of warm water
until all the left-over dough has been removed.
Anomalies and repair
- Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if problems
arise. Do not try to dismantle or repair without assistance, as this may be
dangerous.

Basic cupcakes recipe
14 cupcakes
Ingredients:
100g of unsalted butter at room
temperature
100g of sugar
2 medium-sized eggs
100g of sifted flour
5g of powdered yeast
1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
Basic frosting recipe for decorating
Ingredients:
250g of unsalted butter at room
temperature
250g of icing sugar
1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence

- Beat the butter with the sugar until it becomes creamy.
- Add the eggs to the dough.
- Add the flour and yeast to the mixture. Whisk.
- Add the vanilla essence.
- Put the paper moulds into the mould cavities and pour in the
mixture up to 3/4 of the mould capacity. The cooking time is 8
minutes.
- Whisk the butter with an electric mixer until it is smooth.
- Without stopping whisking, slowly add the icing sugar.
- Whisk until the frosting is light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla essence.
- If you want to make the preparation thicker and more consistent,
add a little more sugar until you obtain the desired consistency. If
you want to dilute it, add a few teaspoonfuls of milk.
- You can colour the preparation by adding food colouring
