MULTIMIX MODULAR SYSTEM FOR ZONE THERMAL POWER STATIONS
1. MULTIMIX MAIN COMPONENTS
The elements which characterise the MULTIMIX may be of three typologies:
separator-manifold, high temperature distribution kit and mixing kit.

The MULTIMIX system's kits come complete with GRUN03
traditional circulators or, upon request, GRUN04 electronic
circulators. If replacing the circulators, their installation
upon the MULTIMIX unit must be performed in accordance
with the following instructions. Before installing, intercept
the pump using the ball valve indicated by point 1 in Fig-
ure 2-a.
1. Push hub 2 downwards (Figure 2-b);
2. Position the circulator, making sure that the flat
seals are present on both of the connections;
3. Connect the suction hub to the circulator's suction
connector and tighten the swivel nut to seal the
connection;
4. Connect the output by raising hub 2 until it makes
contact with the circulator's output connector, then
tighten the swivel nut to seal the connection;
5. Complete the installation operations as specified in
the circulator's instruction manual;
6. Open the interception ball valve to restore the func-
tionality of the circuit.

Instructions for correct installation
The installation and commissioning of the MULTIMIX system must be performed by qualified personnel in ac-
cordance with the national guidelines and/or the relative local requirements. If the operator must perform any
interventions which could pose a risk of direct contact with the boiler fluid, he/she is advised to use adequate
personal protection equipment (PPE). It is important that the instructions provided below be followed in order to
avoid damage to the system and/or personal injury.
