During data exchange, the MDU displays the error "Terminal offline".
What should I do?
Make sure:
 that the terminal is in communication mode and that the MDU is at
a distance of approx. 10 cm from the terminal and that the cable
between the terminal and MDU is correctly connected.
 that there are no objects between the MDU and the terminal.
In addition, the exchange of data is only possible with Häfele terminals
fitted with an infrared interface or an adapter of the correct type.
During data exchange, the Dialock MDU displays the error "Wrong
terminal type". What should I do?
Ensure that the data to be exchanged correspond to the terminal type
(e.g. the MDU will not transfer door terminal parameters to a wall
terminal).
Check the settings in the computer software Dialock Service and change
them if necessary.
Using the "complete solution" why can't I make terminal settings at
the MDU and then transfer them to the terminal?
In the "complete solution" terminals can only be controlled using the com-
puter software. Any settings or changes in terminal data must be made
using the computer software. In this type of system, the changing and
setting functions are not available in the MDU!
