INTRODUCTION

These multi-channel peristaltic pumps accommodate two sizes of snap-in tubing Cassettes which provide balanced,
adjustable flow via instantly changeable occlusion setting.

These Cassette Pumps are designed to provide up to 8 simultaneously driven pump channels and incorporate
the following features.
n Simultaneous dispensing into an 8 bank set of test tubes with one set-up and pump cycle.
n The four roller design provides reduced pulsation.

(1) Application Data

The Cassette Pump System is designed for multi-channel use where close occlusion control of a variety of different
flows is required. The Pump is to be used with MANOSTAT tubing links and delivers from .007 to 760 mL/min.

(2) General Description

Each Pump Head System is composed of a heavy duty Pump Head and two sizes of snap-in tubing Cassettes, each
with individually adjustable occlusion settings. The occlusion "wedge" design provides accurate and more balanced
flow control.
The Pump Heads contain either three or four rollers. All models can operate with a variety of tubing links and with
either the small or the large Cassettes.
