instructions of the medium you are filling.

Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to off-gassing media. Fill only in ventilated
rooms or under a suitable exhaust hood.

The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.

The instrument is not suitable for highly flammable
or explosive liquids.

The instrument generates overpressure. Possible

Layout and function
`

The disposable riser pipes are made of PE and the
universal bungs of PVC.

The instrument is suitable for filling thin to low
viscosity liquids up to 500 mPas.

The instrument is suitable at a temperature range-
from 0 to 40 °C.
WARNING!
The system is not tight-closing. Possible gas leaka-
ge. Bodily injury due to escaping gases.

Always keep valves open when not in use.

Ensure adequate ventilation.

Wear the necessary protective clothing.

The bung fits onto container openings with a diame-
ter of 30 to 70 mm forming an airtight seal.

Check delivery for completeness and transport
damage.
`

Point out any damage in the packaging to the
freight forwarder/supplier immediately.
Assembly
1. Insert the delivery tube  into the universal bung
 (opening "Rohr 12 mm") and push it through to
the outlet.
NOTE!
If necessary adjust the universal bung to the
opening diameter of the container.
When using all three parts (Ⓐ, Ⓑ and Ⓒ)

loosen Ⓑ and Ⓒ a bit of part Ⓐ to push the
delivery tube through.
2. Determine the conveying tube length on the basis of
the container height and shorten the delivery tube
 slightly at an angle to the container bottom using
the cutter .
