These multi-channel peristaltic pumps accommodate two sizes of snap-in tubing Cassettes which provide balanced,
adjustable flow via instantly changeable occlusion setting.

These Cassette Pumps are designed to provide up to 12 simultaneously driven pump channels and the ability to
provide nearly pulse free flow. In addition the pump systems incorporate the following features.
g 5:1 speed reduction on models 74-126-00000 and 74-128-00000 providing ultra low flow rates.
g 12 Cassette capacity of models 74-126-00000 and 74-128-00000 permit dispensing simultaneously into a
12 bank set of test tubes with one set-up and pump cycle.
g Six and eight roller designs provide reduced pulsation.
g Elimination of "suckback" and greatly reduced pulsation by pairing Cassettes with offset occlusion.
g Low friction rollers for minimum abrasion of tubing.
g Auto-resetting limit clutch built in to protect the Pump and Drive in case of excessive overload on models
74-126-00000 and 74-128-00000.

(1) Application Data

The six or eight roller Cassette Pump Systems are designed for multi-channel use where low pulsation and/or close
occlusion control of a variety of different flows is required in low flow applications. The Pump is to be used with
MANOSTAT tubing links and delivers from .0018 to 360 mL/min.

(2) General Description

Each Pump Head System (see Figure 1) is composed of a multi-roller Pump Head and two sizes of snap-in tubing
Cas-settes, each with individually adjustable occlusion settings. The occlusion "wedge" design provides accurate and
morebalanced flow control.
The Pump Heads contain either six or eight rollers. All models can operate with a variety of tubing links and with either
the small or the large Cassettes. However, the six roller models are optimized for the large Cassette and MANOSTAT
