Never pour cold water on the cooking plate while it is hot. This can cause

08. Blueish stains may appear on your device in response to prolonged contact
with tap water and some types of food. We recommend putting vinegar on your
griddle and heating it up until the vinegar boils for a few minutes, then cleaning
it with mineral water and drying it off with a paper towel. If the stains are deeply
set in, you can use a stainless steel cleaning product or a combination of water
and baking soda. These stains do not affect the product's use.
