A – FITTING INSTRUCTIONS AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
This device has been designed exclusively for fixing plasterboard panels. Any other use of this equipment is strictly
forbidden and no responsibility can then be assumed by the manufacturer.
Make sure that this device is not used in open premises which might be exposed to violent winds.
The wheels of the EASY PRO LEVPANO
Any modification to the arms, including for an use other than that provided for by the manufacturer, is forbidden.
This device is a hand-operated lifting device used to fix plasterboard panels.
Read the indicator plate on the device carefully.
1) Fitting the various elements of the EASY PRO LEVPANO
Proceed with the following operations :
Position the base on the 4 wheels, putting in place the 2 hooks.
Lock the 2 wheels provided with a brake in order to facilitate the putting in place of the parts.
Fit the 2 wooden platforms inserting respectively their 2 holes onto the screws intended for their
fastening. Unscrew then slightly, then move the platforms a little and fix them firmly using the 4
screws (see sketch).
Position the head in the top part of the inner column, adjust the head extension tube according to the
fixing height required, then lock the head with relation to the column, introducing the clips pin into
the corresponding hole of the extension tube.

Fit the beam in the tilting head housing intended for this purpose.
Assemble the 2 single tubes with each of the tubes equipped with removable stops, using the M8 x 40
hexagon bolts.
After having assembled the 2 end arms, put them on the centre beam, making sure that the removable
stops are situated opposite the winch and immobilise the arms on the beam, by means of the 2 "clips"
pins in the position corresponding to the plate, according to its length.
For the most common adjustment corresponding to a plate of 2.5 m, this value is shown on the tube
of the arms.
Fit the crank on the winch (see it note page 13).
2) Adjustment before use
Position the arms to suit the size of the panels and lock them by means of the « clips » pins on the
beam.
Position the panels so that the load is evenly distributed.
Minimum loading height : 0.85 m.
Maximum fixing height : 4.00 m.
