7.5 Oil is leaking from the return line safety valve

Possible cause
The return line is not connected (only for dual-
hose system).
If the tool was disconnected from the pump and
left in position, the remaining load on the tool may
be too high.
7.6 The deadman's handle is jammed or does not return automatically to the
neutral position

Possible cause
The deadman's handle is faulty.
7.7 The carrying handle fails to rotate

Possible cause
The mechanical plunger is not locked in one of the
grooves.
The unlock button (Fig. 2/9) does not rotate
together with the carrying handle.
8 Maintenance
8.1 General

Connect the return line.
Use a tool with a higher rated load.

Have it repaired by a Holmatro Certified
Technician.
Solution
• Slightly lift up the deadman's handle.
• Push the unlock button (Fig.2 /9) to the left or
the right.
• Lift up the mechanical plunger or lower it to a
different height.
• Release the unlock button. Make sure the
mechanical plunger is locked in one of the
grooves.
