8. SAFETY
There are possible risks to be taken into
account when operating your solid fuel fireplace,
whatever the brand. These risks may be minimised
if the instructions and recommendation provided in
this manual are followed.
Below
are
a
recommendations, although we especially advise
you to use your common sense:
a) Keep any combustible material (furniture,
curtains, clothing, etc.) at a minimum safety
distance of 0.90m.
b) The cinders must be emptied into a metal
container and immediately removed from the
house.
c) Never use liquid fuel to light your fireplace.
Keep any type of inflammable liquid (Petrol, oil,
alcohol, etc.
d)
Make periodic inspections of the chimney and
clean it whenever necessary. Also inspect the
seals, glass, screws, etc.
e) Do not position near to combustible walls or
those with a type of covering susceptible to
damage or wear due to the temperature
(Varnishes, paint, etc.) Precaution must also
be taken that the hot air grille

replaced by the manufacturer, by the Technical
Assistance Service or by a skilled professional in
order to avoid any risks.
