The rear handle of the hedge trimmer can be adjusted in
five positions.
1. Stop the product.
2. Make sure that the cutting equipment stops.
3. Release the power trigger.
4. Pull the lock for the handle and turn the handle.
5. Make sure the control panel on the handle faces up
no matter the angle of the cutter blade.

Clean the external parts of the product.
Examine that the start and stop switch works correctly and is not damaged.
Make sure that the power trigger and the power trigger lockout function correctly
from a safety point of view.
Make sure that all controls work and are not damaged.
Make sure that the cutter blade and cutter guard have no cracks and that they
are not damaged. Replace the cutter blade or the cutter guard if they have
cracks or if they have been exposed to impact.
Replace the cutter blade if it is bent or damaged.
Make sure that the hand guard is not damaged. Replace the guard if it is dam-
aged.
Make sure that the screws and nuts are tight.
Make sure that the battery is not damaged.

To cut the hedge
•
Move the product from the bottom up when you cut
the sides.
•
Point the motor away from the hedge.
•
Hold the product as near to your body as possible for
the correct balance.
•
Make sure that the point of the cutter blade does not
touch the ground.
•
Do not cut too quickly. Cut slowly and continuously
until you get a good quality cut.
