On-line registration

Electronic warranty card:
Traditional warranty cards have been replaced with electronic cards to limit our carbon footprint. This also avoids
postage costs and losing your warranty card.
To register for the warranty: open the management software and connect the device within two weeks of purchasing
the device.
"Refresh" to obtain the serial number
Click on "Register the device"
A window will open in your Internet browser.
Enter the information requested (if customer data have been previously filled
out, they will be transferred automatically with the serial number of the devi-
ce).
Confirm your registration. You will then receive a warranty slip in pdf format.
To obtain a copy of your warranty slip, simply repeat the registration of the
device. As the serial number of the device connected is already recorded, the
certificate will open automatically.
Register each device purchased by connecting them successively.
Important: place your invoice in a safe place, you may need it if you require
after-sales services.
