The standing desk Flex Whiteboard is designed exclusively for commercial use as office furniture or in training facilities. Any other use or
extended use is considered improper. Improper use of the product may result in dangers to life and limb as well as property damage.

Therefore, improper use is prohibited. In case of improper use, Steelcase assumes no liability for any damage that may occur and does not
guarantee that the components will function properly. Improper use includes:

Children from the age of 8 and individuals with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge may use this
whiteboard under supervision or after instructions in the safe use of the whiteboard and having understood the resulting hazards. Children
are not allowed to play with the whiteboard. Children may not carry out cleaning and maintenance without supervision.
4. Operation
You may only use the product Flex Whiteboard in a technically perfect condition and in compliance with the Quick Reference Guide.
Before writing on the whiteboard, ensure the following:
Use only markers suitable for markerboards or whiteboards. To clean the whiteboard afterwards, the pen must be water-soluble.
