5.6 5.6 Refilling
5.6.1 Refilling the lubricants trolley
Refilling is possible when the tank is in both a
horizontal or vertical position. To better empty
the tank, place it in a horizontal position.
Optimal emptiness is achieved when the trans-
port handle is raised approx. 20 cm from the
horizontal position.
Note that excessive forces on the deli-
very hose could result in having the
lubricants trolley falling down from its
vertical position.
The battery is partly charged at the time of dis-
patch. Charge the battery before using for the
first time.
Check that On/Off switch l is switched off.
Insert the battery m .
(Battery poles + and – facing downwards)
Open the ventilation cap (see fig. 01)
in the screw cap.
When drawing larger quantities open the
screw cap slightly more for a better ventilation
of the tank.
Open the delivery line ball valve b .
Open the delivery nozzle lock and insert
the delivery nozzle spout fully into the
container/tank to be filled.
Switch pump on at On/Off switch l .

Never operate the pump without liquid
(no empty running)
Operate the automatic delivery nozzle e
and carry out filling process.

Constantly monitor
the filling process.
After the filling process:
• Close automatic delivery nozzle
and wait till it stops dripping.
• Switch off pump.
• Roll up delivery hose d insert the automatic
delivery nozzle into the integrated delivery
nozzle holder i and secure with the delivery
nozzle lock g .
• Close the ball valve of the delivery line b .
Close the ventilation cap in the screw cap
and tighten the screw cap (fig. 01).
5.6.2 Refilling the lubricants Mobile Easy
1. Connect the clips d to an appropriate
power supply (see label on pump or tank).
Connection colored clips as follows:
• red = Battery positive (+)
• black = Battery negative (-)
2. Open the delivery line ball valve c .
3. Switch h On Pump e .
4. Open the delivery nozzle lock and insert
the delivery nozzle spout fully into the
container/tank to be filled.
5. Operate the automatic delivery nozzle f
(if necessary, lock with locking device)
and carry out filling process
The built-in valve a insures automatic
ventilation and pressure relief of the tank
automatically.
