POSSIBLE FAULTS
Anomaly
The machine does not start
The dough sticks to the disks
The shape of the dough disk
is not perfectly round
The dough disk shrinks after
flattening
The dough disk is not the
desired size

INFORMATION FOR DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
Demolition and disposal of the machine is the sole responsibility of the owner, who must perform these tasks in
compliance of currently enforced laws pertaining to safety and environmental protection in the country where
the machine is installed. Disassembly and disposal can also be performed by a third party, as long as an
authorized entity for recovery and demolition of the materials in question.
INSTRUCTION: always adhere to the currently enforced laws pertaining to disposal of materials and in the
country where the machine is installed, and any possible necessity for registration of demolition.
WARNING! All disassembly operations for demolition must take place with the machine shut-down and
disconnected from the electrical power supply.

remove all electrical apparatus;

separate the accumulators on the electronic cards;

dispose of the machine structure through authorized entities.
WARNING!
Abandoning the machine in accessible areas constitutes grave danger for persons and animals.
Responsibility for possible damages to persons and animals is falls exclusively on the owner.
Possible cause
No electricity
The main switch dial is at the
"0" position
The front safety guard is raised
or removed
The dough has not been well-
risen.
The disk temperature is too
low.
The ball of dough was not
positioned in the centre of the
plate.
The plate temperature is too
low.
The shape of the ball is nor
spherical.
The ball of dough has not risen
enough.
The adjustment of the plate
thickness is not right.
The timer adjustment is not
correct.
Possible solution
Check the general switch, the
socket, plug and the supply wire,
the external control compartment
terminal
Turn the dial to position "1"
Check the correct position of the
front safety guard
Allow the dough to rise more.
Adjust the thermostats to 150°C-
160°C
Place the ball in the centre of the
lower plate.
Check the temperature set on the
thermostats and if necessary
increase to 150°/160° C
Do not alter the spherical shape of
the ball during handling.
Allow the dough to rise more
Decrease or increase the distance
between the plates.
Decrease or increase the closure
time of the plates
