Cooking.

In order to raise the temperature quickly, heat the cooker on strong re
but do remember not too strong!
Heating time means the period of time covering since the regulator begins
to work until the stove is turned o .
When cooking is normal that small quantity of steam escape from the safety
valve.
If you cook with gas, control the re, ames should not exceed plan wall,
this way you will prevent handle and sealing ring damage.
4. Turn o the re.
When cooking time has passed, take out
"pressure-limiting valve" to release pressure (Fig. 5).
Then follow "Opening the cooker" chapter.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE COOKER IN WATER
5. Opening the cooker.
Turn the knob counter-clockwise until the rigde goes down maximum
and lie onto the lid.
Turn the ridge clockwise to release it from the ears and open the lid.
BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL while doing this operation,
the ridge will be very hot and you can get burned.
Use oven gloves if neccessary to open the cooker (Fig 6).
