5. Commissioning – Initializing the door fitting
The MATRIX AIR door fitting must be initialized and configured for the commissioning. You
will require a laptop with a USB-RF flash drive and an installed XS-Manager. Please proceed
by following the instructions provided in the XS-Manager user manual.
The fitting is to be put in operation
only when installed.

6. Operation
The door fitting MATRIX AIR reads data from RFID media contact-free (cards or transponder
fobs) and opens if authorized.
Optical signals
The optical signals during use are shown on the optical fiber ring.
