ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Auto Restart

When a charging session is interrupted due to a temporary error condition, the EVSE Charging
Station will automatically reset and restart charging when the cause of the temporary error
condition returns to normal. The Fault indicator LED remains flashing red until the error condition
is resolved.
Temporary error conditions include:
Over Current
Over Voltage
Under Voltage
Over Temperature
• For Over Current condition, there are two automatic retries allowed for each charging session.
• When a charging session is interrupted due to a Charge Circuit Interrupting Device ( CCID )
trip, the charging station will retry after 10 minutes.

TROUBLESHOOTING

ACTION
1. Ensure the AC power plug is connected correctly and the AC power is
within operating range of the unit.
2. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.
1. Ensure the charging connector is inserted firmly in the EV charging
port. Unplug and replug the charging connector to confirm insertion.
2. If the Charging indicator does not illuminate after 10 seconds, unplug
and replug the AC power plug at the wall outlet to power cycle. If the
situation persists, contact Customer Support.
1. There is a temporary error.
2. Wait until the temporary error is resolved and the charging station
returns to normal condition (approximately 15 minutes).
3. If the power indicator LED doesn't return to green, unplug and replug
the AC power plug at the wall outlet to power cycle.
4. If the situation persists, contact Customer Support.
1. There is a critical error.
2. Unplug the charging connector from the EV charging port.
3. Unplug and re-plug the AC power plug at the wall outlet to power
cycle.
4. If the situation persists, contact Customer Support.
