CHANNEL FEATURES

1. TRIM: Sets the input level to the channel. Adjust
this so that the PEAK light lights on the loudest
passages, then back it down a bit.
2. EQ: Hi and Lo EQ controls provide up to 15dB
boost or cut at the indicated frequencies.
3. AUX sends: Sends the channel signal to auxiliary
processors, onstage monitors, or headphone
amplifiers.
Note that AUX1 is pre-fader and AUX2 is post
fader. As a consequence, AUX1 is better suited for
sending a signal to monitors or headphone
amplifiers, and AUX2 is better suited for use with
outboard processors.
4. PAN/BALANCE: The Pan control (mono input
channels) assigns the channel signal to any spot in
the stereo spectrum. The Bal control (stereo input
channels) shifts the balance between the left and
right inputs.
5. CHANNEL FADER: Controls the signal level of
the MIC or LINE inputs.
An additional switch on channels 8/9 selects
between line (rear) and iPod dock inputs.

MASTER FEATURES

1. POWER: Indicates that power is on.
2. PHAN: Indicates that the PHANTOM POWER is
enabled for the MIC inputs.
3. MASTER: Sets the overall volume level of the main
output bus.
4. LED METERS: Monitors the audio signal level of
the main outputs.
5. STEREO AUX RETURN: Controls the signal
level returning from the AUX inputs.
6. PHONES/MONITOR: Adjusts the level sent to
the [MONITOR OUT] jacks and also to the
headphone output.
7. MSTR/2-TK: In UP (normal) position, routes the
master fader level to the [MONITOR OUT] jacks
and the headphone output. In DOWN position,
routes the [2-TK IN] signal to the [MONITOR
OUT] jacks and the headphone output.
This switch is best utilized when a two-track
recorder is connected to the [2-TK IN] and [-10dBV
MAIN OUT] jacks on the rear of the mixer. Using
this switch, you can monitor what your two-track
recorder is recording without affecting the mix
heard by the performers and the audience.
8. PHONES: A stereo, ¼" output for headphones.
