Safety
Never take readings of resistance or test diodes on a live circuit.
Never use on DC circuits of more than 1000 V rms or on ac circuits of
more than 750 V rms.
When measuring current, always switch off the supply to the circuit before connecting
the probes to the circuit.
Before taking any reading make sure that the wires and the switch are correctly
positioned.
Never open a multimeter case unless the instrument is disconnected from all sources
of electricity.
Never connect to a circuit unless the case is properly closed.
