Important: the grill must only be used with the oven door half open.
In the packaging with the appliance you will also find a protective metal sheet that is to be fixed
under the control panel to protect it from overheating (see Fig. F).
Remove this metal sheet only when it is cold. When the grill is being used it gets very hot:
always use protective gloves to remove it to prevent burning yourself.
To light the grill, turn the knob to the right, from the "0" position to the
figure); keep the knob pressed until the gas lights.
Once lit, keep the knob pressed for about 10 seconds so the thermocouple can warm up, then
you can let it go. If the flame goes out repeat the procedure. To turn the grill burner off, turn the
knob back round to position 0.
Note: cookers with a gas oven feature a timed acoustic signal, that can be set for a maximum of
120 minutes. Turn the knob to the right, positioning it on the time wanted, between 0 and 120
minutes (see the figure). At the end of the time set the acoustic signal sounds.
To turn the light on inside the oven press the button with the symbol.
With the light on inside the oven you can keep a check on the food while it is cooking through the glass door without
having to open it..
