Full Power Position
Standard pulse position:
approximately one pulse every second. This mode is useful
for training animals.
Sun position:
daylight. The energizer automatically reduces the pulse rate
at night, when animal movement is low, to approximately 3
seconds. 20% longer battery life.
Slow pulse position:
extended to approximately 3 seconds. This mode is used
with trained animals that respect the fence. Battery life
nearly double.
Moon position:
(e.g. feral animals). The energizer automatically reduces the
pulse rate during the day. 25% longer battery life.
RED INDICATOR: Indicates fence conditions
- Red light flashes: The red light flashes with each pulse,
when the voltage is good enough to provide an effective
shock.
- No red light: There is a fault on the fence.
CLEAR INDICATOR: Indicates battery conditions
- Green light flashes: Battery is fully charged.
- Light flashes between green and red: Transition period,
while battery is getting lower.
- Red light flashes: Battery power is low. energizer will switch
to slow pulse.
- Constant red light: energizer will stop before battery
is completely flat to avoid damage to battery. See your
