Storage of frozen food
• When using the appliance for the first time or after a long period of use, run the
appliance for at least 2 hours at a higher setting before putting food in it.
• If there is a longer power failure and the frozen food thaws, use it up immediately.
Do not refreeze the defrosted food.
Defrosting
• Frozen or deep-frozen food can be defrosted before use in the refrigerator or at
room temperature, depending on how quickly you want it to defrost.
• Smaller pieces can even be cooked while still frozen, in which case the cooking
time is slightly longer.

Note: With the specified settings, the recommended storage period is no longer than
1 month. With settings other than those specified, the storage period may be reduced
