Setting the time

To set the time, proceed as shown below:

Starter draw-off function
The starter draw-off function gives an idea of the quantity of sourdough starter drawn off. When
drawing off sourdough starter, add the quantity drawn off by pressing
quantity of starter drawn off. If 10 litres of starter are drawn off, proceed as shown below:
