2.5 Refilling
K Ensure that the primary air throttle in the door is fully open (J),
carefully open the door and add logs, being careful not to put out
the fire (K). After refilling, close the front door and the primary air
throttle can be throttled.

2.6 Bed of ashes

L A layer of approx. 5 to 8 cm of ashes should always remain on the
bottom of the combustion chamber. The coat of ashes will protect
5–8 cm
the bottom of the stove and prevent it from burning through (L).
Occasionally, surplus ashes should be removed using a small shovel.
