French potato salad

Waxy potatoes
Salted water, simmering

Onion

Garlic clove
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tsp.
Mustard
5 tbsp. Herb wine vinegar
5 tbsp. Olive oil
100 ml Meat broth
Pepper, to taste

Sprig of chives
Per portion (¼): 366 kcal, F 22g, Ch 33g, E 5g

1. Cook the potatoes in simmering salted
water for approx. 30 min or until tender.
Peel & cut the potatoes with the Potato
Salad Maker while they are still hot,
and place them in a bowl.
2. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, oil,
broth and pepper. Pour the sauce with
the onion and garlic over the potatoes
and mix. Leave to absorb the flavor for
approx. 15 min.
3. Finely chop chives and sprinkle over
potato salad.
