2 - REMOTE VIEWING USING THOMSON CMS
SOFTWARE
Thomson CMS software gives you remote access
to the live video feed from your recorder and the
contents of its hard disk.
Thomson CMS software is designed for Windows. It
is provided on the CD that came with your product,
and is also available for download on our website,
www.thomsonsecurity.eu
Install and launch the Thomson CMS software:
A configuration assistant appears the first time it is
run. Click 'Suivant(e)' [Next] to continue:
To save your device on the software, click on the
button:
F - rEMOTE OpErATiON
1 Assign a suitable name to your recorder
2 Device ID: this information is found next to
the QRCode on the top of the device, or in
the 'Système' [System] / 'Info' / 'Info' menu.
3 Media port: media port for your device
in the 'Système' [System] / 'Info' / 'Info'
menu (9000 by default)
4 Username for connecting to your device (by
default admin)
5 Corresponding password (by default, there is
no password)
6 Number of recorder channels (updates
itself automatically after a successful
connection)
Click the button once these details are
filled in:
After a few seconds, your device will appear in the
left section of the screen. The paired cameras will
appear, as well.
