• Comply with the indications given in this manual.
• Only use fuel that complies with the indications given
in the chapter referring to fuel characteristics.
• Keep strictly to the maintenance programme to the
stove and to the system.
• Do not use the stove without rst having carried out
the daily inspection as speci ed in the "Maintenance and
Cleaning" chapter in this manual.
• Do not use the stove if there is a malfunction, a
suspected breakage or noises.
• Do not throw water on the stove when it is lit or to put
the re out in the hearth.
• Do not lean against the open door during the cleaning
operations.
• Do not use the stove as a support or anchor of any
type.
• Do not clean the stove until the structure and ashes
are completely cold.
• All work must be carried out in maximum safety and
calmly.
• In the event of a chimney re, attempt to extinguish
the re by closing the primary air required for combustion.
Immediately call for emergency assistance.
• The safety and lling pipes must be protected against
freezing wherever this may occur.
• Do not use the stove as an incinerator for waste. Use
only recommended fuel.
• If the stove malfunctions due to improper draught of
the ue, clean it contacting quali ed personnel.
• The ue system must be cleaned after every 4 tonnes
of wood burnt, or at least once a year, unless otherwise
required by regulations.
Imperfect draft of the flue may also be caused by
especially severe weather conditions (typically low
pressure). In this case the ue must be well heated.
• The unit can be used by children over the age of
8, and by people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or with no experience or necessary
knowledge, as long as they remain under surveillance
or after they have received instructions on the safe use
of the unit and have understood the dangers involved.
Children must not play with the unit. The cleaning and
maintenance that must be performed by the user must
not be carried out by children without supervision.
• Do not look at the ame for a long time
• In order to avoid the chemical attack that cleaning
products can cause on metals, we strongly recommend
that you clean the glass using only a damp cloth "dipped"
in ash. In the event of persistent dirt where further
treatment is required, spray the product on the cloth and
work on the relevant part of the glass.

In the event of long periods without use (summer),
in order to limit the formation of rust on the metal parts,
we recommend that you place a naturally absorbent
substance inside the combustion chamber (e.g. salt, rice)
so that humidity is absorbed inside. The bag containing
this material must be removed before lighting again
10.3 PRECAUTIONS FOR THE MAINTENANCE
ENGINEER
Comply with the indications given in this manual.

protection means.
• Before undertaking any maintenance, if the stove has
been used, it must be completely cold.
Even if only one of the safety devices is not working, the
stove is to be considered "not working".

HANDLING AND TRANSPORT
It is advisable to wait until the stove arrives at the place
where it will be installed before unpacking it.
The stove is supplied with all its parts.
Pay attention to the stove's tendency to oscillate.
Avoid sudden movements and sharp tugs when lifting
the stove.
Make sure the lifting capacity of the lift truck is more
than the weight of the stove. The person manoeuvring
the lifting means is held completely responsible for lifting
loads.
Do not let children play with the packaging materials ( lm,
polystyrene). Suffocation hazard!
