Important warnings
• This Podup Twist is designed to accommodate flat
screens of up to 110 lbs only.
• Long-term storage: Store the Podup Twist in a clean,
dry and temperate environment.
Recommended temperature of the storage area:
Between 0°C and 40 °C. Relative Humidity tolerated:
85% maximum, non-condensing.
• Set-up: Follow all of the instructions in this manual very
carefully and take all of the necessary precautions to
avoid bodily injuries and damage to the equipment.
ERARD cannot be held responsible in the event of an
incident resulting from insufficient protective measures.
The Podup Twist can only be installed inside a building,
Unpacking
Unpack all of the parts and check to ensure that
all of the parts shown on the drawing on page 12
are in proper condition.
To help protect the environment, use the
Start-up
• 4-in-1 remote control: Refer to the instructions
provided with the remote control. To enable the battery
to function, pull the tab at the bottom of the remote
control to remove the plastic film.
Press the <lift> key to access the Twisto pivoting
functions.
To pivot the Twisto, use the following keys: left , right ,
Adjusting the stops and preference position
(Left/right and preference)
Note: The factory settings are made for the maximum left
and right stop positions (+/- 30°) and for the preference
position: screen parallel to the fixation wall (in the centre).
You may adjust other stop (left, right) positions and another
preference position to restrict the movement of the screen
during rotation, to prevent collision with objects around it
and to provide for optimum visual comfort.
• To access the adjustment mode: Left arrow, Up
arrow, right arrow, left arrow, Up arrow, right arrow
Maintenance
Clean the Podup Twist using a dry cloth.
Do not use solvents, abrasive products, or
alcohol-based products as these may
damage the Twisto.

properly. Do not discard of the equipment parts in the
natural environment, do not incinerate: The presence of
some of the dangerous substances in the electrical or
electronic equipment may be harmful to the environment

and meets all of the applicable safety standards. Nonethe-

Maintenance
For your own safety, never dismount the Twisto covers
without having disconnected the power supply cable.
In the event of a malfunction:
• Check to ensure that the jack is connected to the
Twisto.
• Check to ensure the cables are in good condition.
• Reset the electronic board: Unplug the Twisto
power supply cable, wait for 10 seconds, and plug
device, it is mandatory that you take it to an energy
recovery centre for this purpose (waste reception centre).
Inquire with your local authorities.
Battery (remote control).
The remote control provided with this device requires a
lithium button cell, which may be hazardous to the
environment. At the end of its life, the battery must be
