Make sure the belt connectors (7) between the front part
(2) and the back part are properly connected by ensuring
that the indicated mark on each belt connector (7) is not
visible (Fig. 3).
Remove the protective plastic backing from the belt elec-
trodes. Do not throw the protective plastic backing away,
as you will need it later.
Attach the two electrodes on the lower-back part of the
belt (4) to the middle of the back, then attach the electro-
des on the oblique part of the belt (3) to the sides.
Note: The obliques are located above the hip bone.
Ensure that all electrodes are properly attached.
Next, attach the electrodes on the front part to the ab-
dominals (2). Close using the adjustable strap (15). First
pass the strap through the buckle and then fasten it
using the quick opening and closing system.
Carefully adjust the strap on the other side of the front
part to ensure the belt is perfectly attached. Ensure that
the belt is properly adjusted between all parts so that the
electrodes are in contact with the skin.
When you have finished using the belt, to ensure the
electrodes do not stick to the skin, remove them one at
a time by pulling them from the edge and then replace
the protective plastic backing on the electrodes. This will
help extend the useful life of the electrodes.

button (11), which is marked with the letter P, until the
desired programme appears on the screen. After pro-
gramme 6, the screen will display programme 1 again.
Intensity Selection
When you have selected the programme, choose the in-
tensity level for each part by pressing the button to select
the belt part (12), which is marked with the letters FSB.
As you can see in Figure A, the intensity level for the ab-
dominal part is indicated by the number above the letter
F, for the oblique parts it is indicated above the letter S
and for the lower-back part it is indicated above the letter
B. You can choose between the three parts by pressing
the FSB button. When the digits of the chosen part flash,
press the button to increase the intensity level (13) or
the button to decrease the intensity level (14). When you
have selected the intensity level for one part, press the
FSB button (12) to select the next part you wish to adjust
the intensity level for. You can select a different intensity
level for each belt part, since the sensitivity of each body
part varies. Each programme has 99 intensity levels. We
recommend that you increase the intensity level very litt-
le until you are familiar with the device.
Once you have chosen your desired intensity level for all
three belt parts, you can enjoy your GYMFORM® ABS-
A-ROUND PRO training session.
Automatic Power Off
For your safety, the automatic period for each program-
me is 10 minutes. GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND PRO
will automatically switch itself off 10 minutes after being
switched on, regardless of the level or programme se-
lected.
If you wish to finish your session before the end of the
programme time, press the ON/OFF button for one se-
cond until the LCD display goes off.
Automatic Reset
When you finish the programme, the device will switch
itself off automatically. When you switch it on again, you
will have to programme it again.
Using the Leg and Arm Belt
Attach the GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND PRO (1) to the
front of the leg and arm belt (5) using the six snap faste-
ners. Ensure that they are all well fastened.
Attach the two electrodes (9) to the belt using the snap
fasteners.
Remove the protective plastic backing from the electro-
des. (Make sure you replace it after use.)
Position the belt on the area you wish to work on (see
figure below) and ensure that the belt is well secured
with the quick opening and closing system so that the
electrodes are in contact with the skin.
To choose the programme and intensity level, please
follow the instructions given in the above section "Using
the Belt". In order to adjust the intensity level, choose the
belt part marked with the letter F on the screen.
