cod. 3541V300 - Rev. 00 - 02/2021
Cure
Check the regular gas flow to the boiler
and that the air has been eliminated
from the pipes
Check the wiring of the electrode and
that it is correctly positioned and free of
any deposits; replace the electrode if
necessary.
Check the gas supply pressure
Check the trap and clean it if necessary
Remove the obstruction from the flue,
fume extraction ducts, air inlet and ter-
minals.
Do complete manual calibration.
Check and replace the gas valve if
necessary
Check the ionization electrode wiring
Check the condition of the electrode
Electrode to ground
Cable to ground
Check the trap and clean it if necessary
Check the card
Check the 5-pin connector wiring
Check the fan and replace it if neces-
sary
Check the position of the ionization
electrode, free it from any deposits and
do a complete manual calibration, if
necessary replace the electrode.
Check the burner
Remove the obstruction from the flue,
fume extraction ducts, air inlet and ter-
minals
Check the trap and clean it if necessary
Do complete manual calibration.
Check the exchanger
Check the flue gas probe
Check the flue material parameter
Check the correct positioning and ope-
ration of the heating sensor and
replace it if necessary
Check the circulating pump
Vent the system
Check the circulating pump and hea-
ting system
