TROUBLESHOOTING

The nebulizer produces no aerosol, or a small amount of aerosol.
• There may be too much or too little medicine in the nebulizer. The amount of liquid should
be between 0.5 ml and 7.5 ml.
The medication cup may be damaged; check and replace.
The water reservoir may be dirty; wipe clean and attempt again.
The nebulizer should be held vertically during use.
The medication may not be suitable for nebulization. Check with your physician.
The filter may be in need of replacement
Some medicine remains in the nebulizer at the end of my treatment.
This is normal. Never keep leftover medication.
Treatments with the mask takes longer than treatments with the mouthpiece.
This is normal. Less medication is delivered per breath with the mask because the aerosol
is combined with ambient air through the holes in the mask.
Unit does not operate when the POWER button is pressed.
If using the AC adapter or auto adapter, check connections between the adapter and the unit
and the adapter and the outlet. If using the battery, check that the battery is properly
connected. Charge the battery.
Fan is not working properly.
Check that the fan is firmly pushed onto the motor shaft.
Fan speed light changes from red to green during use.
The battery needs to be charged. Nebulization will slow and then cease.
