NEBULIZER MASK/MOUTHPIECE SELECTION

This unit includes five styles of masks and mouthpieces, allowing for user preference in
their desired medication delivery method. Replacement parts are available for order on the
enclosed order form, by calling Customer Care at 866-326-1313 or at your local medical supply
dealer.
Face mask (adult and child size included): face
masks require use of the included extension
tube. Select the appropriate size for the patient
- child or adult - and place over the patients
nose and mouth. Secure in place with the
elastic strap around the patient's head and
hold the nebulizer in place with a free hand.
Mouthpiece style #1: put the mouthpiece into
the mouth, holding gently between the teeth
and close the lips around the mouthpiece; hold
the nebulizer in place with a free hand.
Mouthpiece style #2: this style requires use of
the extension tube. Put the mouthpiece into
the mouth, holding gently between the teeth
and close the lips around the mouthpiece; hold
the nebulizer in place with a free hand.
Nasal piece: gently insert the nasal pieces into
the nose; hold the nebulizer in place with a free
hand.

mouthpiece is further explained later in the
'USING YOUR NEBULIZER' section of this
manual.
