INSTALLATION ISTRUCTIONS
- All local regulations, including those referring to national and European standards must
be respected in the installation of the device.
- Remove the protective film from all surfaces, to facilitate removal use hot air (e.g. hair
dryer), do not use sharp tools.

POSITIONING THE OVEN

- The appliance must be, installed on an adequate load capacity floor. If the existing construction does not meet
this requirement, appropriate measures, for example a load distribution plate, should be taken.
- The appliance installation must guarantee easy access for cleaning the appliance itself, the pipes of the exhaust
gases and the flue.
- Safety must be the first priority. When the oven is in operation ensure that no other fuel and materials that may

be damaged by heat and sparks are close to it.
- The outer walls of Duettino may reach high temperatures greater than 50°C.
- Position the oven so it is not in contact with the wall or other furniture and make sure there is a gap of at least
5 cm alongside and behind the oven if you are using fireproof materials, at least 20 cm if you do not use fire-
resistant materials.
- The upper part of the appliance can not be recessed and must remain free from furniture that
compromise the correct ventilation.
- The oven must be connected to a smoke exhaust system, the smoke discharge must be airtight.
- The oven can be lifted by 4 people using the steel bars.
- The accessory works must not rest on the structure of the oven.
- Do not move the oven while it is in use.
SHELF ASSEMBLY
- Screw the 4 pins into the holes, then place the shelf on the pins. Look
the picture below.
