Before removing the oven's
cover to operate inside, please
disconnect the equipment
from the mains.

8. Maintenance
HIGHTEMP oven has no periodical maintenance operation.
However, it is important to check the oven every 12 months:
Check the electrical board connections status:
You have to:
•
Disconnect the oven from the mains.
•
Open the electrical board closet.
•
Visually check the connections status. If you notice that there are
black areas, please replace the cable or tighten the connection.
•
Occasionally, tighten the power circuit board connections.
Check the mains connection status:
•
Visually check the connections (plug) to the mains status, specially
the protection ground cable connection. If you notice that there are
black areas, please replace the cable or tighten the connection.
The manipulation of the oven's electrical board by
unauthorized personnel could cause irreparable damage.
Please, make sure to take the equipment to one of the
authorized J.P. SELECTA's technical service.
CLEANING:
For the oven's cleaning, either the internal and external parts, do not
use organic solvents which could damage the equipment. It is
recommended to use alcohol or window cleaner.
