Fit the poly v belt.
Tighten the belt by using the setscrew to control the ec-
centric guiding wheel. Voltage for new belt: 115 Hz. Volt-
age for broken in belt: 108 Hz.
Tighten the four fastening screws on the motor.
Fit the cover with four bolts.
Disassembly must be carried out in reverse order.
Never start the machine with a fitted belt and with-
out fitting the cover.

etting the strOke
The machine has a constant pneumatic rapid stroke of
30 mm. The working stroke is min. 5 mm to max. 20 mm.
The working stroke is set by turning the adjusting screw
(1 mm per revolution). The effective thread depth must be
determined using samples (influenced by compression
retarder, speed and thread pitch).
Ensure that safety distance S is complied with!
