ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
9. Put PTFE pipe tape or thread
sealant on both threaded ends
of the pipe nipple (1). Use a pipe
nipple that will project 3-7/8"
to 4" from the finished wall. Screw
the pipe nipple into the elbow (2)
inside the wall and tighten with a
pipe wrench. Screw the tub spout
(3) on until it is positioned and
flush to the finished wall.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM: Leaks from spout
CAUSE: Damaged or dirty valve seat.
ACTION:
Remove faucet handle, cartridge, housing and valve spool to check the rubber
valve seal. Clean it or replace by calling Customer Service
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will dull the finish and void your warranty.

10. After finishing the wall surface,
slide flanges onto valves and fit
flush against the finished wall.
Install the handle assemblies as
shown.

PROBLEM: Leaks from under handle
CAUSE: Bonnet is loose or bottom gasket on cartridge is dirty or twisted.
ACTION:
Remove faucet handle. Tighten the bonnet. Clean or replace O-ring.
