Please note
The red address selector LED must not light up when
the valve terminal is operated.
Before connecting the valve terminal to the AS-Inter-
face bus, therefore always lock the address selector
button by pressing it again.
Proceed as follows when setting or modifying the AS-Inter-
face addresses.
Valve terminal as supplied from factory (addresses
#0/#0)
1. The addressing device recognizes slave 1 with address
#0. Assign the desired address #n to slave 1.
2. When slave 1 has been addressed, the addressing de-
vice recognizes slave 2 with address #0. Assign a con-
secutive address #m=n±1 to slave 2.
Modify addresses
Note on modifying the addresses:
– If the address of slave 1 is greater than the address of
slave 2 before or when the addresses are modified:
Take into account the following limitations when you
"uncouple" slave 1 and assign a higher address to
slave 2 (e.g. #31) as the first step in re-addressing.
