4. Remove the taillights – From inside of the trunk, pull felt liners back to access taillight thumb bolts. Remove the thumb bolts of taillights by rotating with hand
inside interior panel in trunk. Disconnect the wire harness from taillights by opening the clip. Remove the taillights by gently pulling rearward.
5. Remove the rear fascia – a.) On outside of upper fascia, push down on fascia clips to release the upper fascia from vehicle plastic frame while gently pulling outward.
b.) & c.) While taking out the upper fascia carefully unplug (2) kick sensor cable plugs that are attached to inside of fascia. Then remove the upper fascia completely that
includes the lower fascia.
