Temperature profile

These equipments are used in sample thermal treatments, for its desicca-
tion, curing and others.
The possibility of giving thermal treatment by following a "temperature profile"
allows to avoid cracks, breaks, colour changes, etc.
A temperature profile is a succession of "plains" and times.
A plain is specified by a temperature and a time.
The device has a temperature log on a USB memory pen drive.

INSTALLATION

Place the cabinet on a flat horizontal, level surface, leaving a space
of about 10 cm at the back and sides of the equipment.
For a maximum efficiency, do not place the machine in direct sunlight
or other sources of heat.
Connect the equipment to the mains. Be sure that the voltage supply
is the same as the one indicated on the characteristics plate. Do not
use the equipment if it is NOT earthed.
Note: Before connecting it to the mains, it is advisable to leave the
machine at rest for 24h to stabilize oil and gas cooling unit.
If you have to change the plug cap, bear in mind the following:
Blue cable: Neutral.
Brown cable: Phase.
Yellow/green cable: Earth.
Check that the circuit breaker on the electrical panel (4) is powered.

Do not use the cabinet for thermal treatment of products which
can give off vapours capable of making an explosive mixture.
