SAS disassembly
- Remove screws .
- Remove the cover.
- Disconnect connector .
- Remove screw .
- Slip out SAS valve with hose and cover and remove.
NOTE
The SAS valve is not refi tted.
- Position SAS locking cap
- Mount original screws and tighten to 10 Nm.
EVAP disassembly kit
- Remove cable ties .
- Pull off fuel tank breather hose
wards without tension.
- Remove hose from Y piece.
- Remove Y piece.
NOTE
Y piece is not refi tted.
- Pull off hose from evaporate emission control valve and slip out
with hose .
- Remove screws .
- Remove holder with activated charcoal fi lter and hoses.
NOTE
The activated charcoal fi lter will not be refi tted.
- Disconnect connector from evaporate emission control valve
and route without tension with SAS connector cable
- Secure the cable with the cable tie(s) on wiring harness.
