17.Temporarily, fix the harness with Tie wrap K after eliminating the
slack of the harness.
18.Swing the handle bar left and right, and be sure that each harness
isn't stretched or it doesn't interfere the bike.
If the harness interferes the bike, fix the harness to eliminate the
interfere by using the Tie wrap K.
If the harness is stretched too much, change the fixation point to
loosen the harness.
19.Tighten all the Tie wrap K, firmly.
20.Adjust the optical axis.
