WARNINGS CONTINUED
FALL HAZARD
WARNING:
PLAYARD
• Remove all large toys and other objects from Playard interior when
child becomes able to pull to a standing position. (Objects could become
dangerous stepping points to facilitate climbing and/or injury.)
• Discontinue use of the Playard when child weighs more than 30 lbs
(13.6 kg), reaches 35 inches (890 mm) in height, or is able to climb out —
whichever comes first.
MOSES BASKET
• Suffocation Hazard: Infant carrier can roll over on soft surfaces
and suffocate child. NEVER place carrier on beds, sofas, or other
soft surfaces.
• Fall Hazard: Child's activity can move carrier. NEVER place carrier on
counter tops, tables, or any other elevated surface.
NEVER use this carrier as a means to transport an infant in a
motor vehicle.
CHANGING TABLE
• Always secure and lock the Changing Table to the Playard, per
manufacturer's instructions, before use.
• Do not exceed Changing Table weight-limit of 15 lbs (7 kg).
• When using the Changing Table, always stay within arm's reach of
your child.
• Never use Changing Table as a sleeping or playing area.
WARNING:
BASSINET
• Fall Hazard: Discontinue use of the Bassinet when child weighs 15 lbs
(6.8 kg) or more, or begins to push up on hands and knees — whichever
comes first.
Failure to follow these warnings and the
instructions could result in serious injury
or death.
To prevent death or serious injury,
always keep child within arm's reach.
