2. Use and intended purpose
The drum cart is used for the safe and convenient internal movement of 200 litre steel and
plastic drums,
and for placing the drums down on sumps and for dispensing.
The extendable handle for easier lifting means that less leverage is required.
3. Technical details
The drum trolley is manufactured from galvanized steel with two swivel castors with brakes and two large
rubber wheels.

5. Operation
1. Position drum trolley in front of the drum to be transported (located on the ground or on collecting sump).
2. Pull out sliding supports and fasten to frame with wing nuts.
3. Incline drum trolley towards drum.
4. Slowly remove drum trolley and support with the foot, the prongs must grip under the drum.
5. The prongs must be located under the drum. Firmly remove drum trolley, the heavier the drum, the
more effort is required.
6. Release the wing nuts for transport and push in the sliding supports. Fasten wing nuts again.
7. For filling from the horizontal drum the locking rollers must be fastened.
6. Maintenance and servicing
Tip product, check the rollers for ease of movement and if necessary grease with commercial grease.
Check at regular intervals for any damage. In case of damage the product must not be further used!
