Disabling the ultrasonic volumetric protection
If you wish to stay inside the vehicle leaving the alarm on then you need to disable the ultrasonic sensors.
If you want to leave the vehicle and leave the windows open then you have to disable the ultrasonic sen-
sors.
To disable:
- With the alarm deactivated, press a key once on the remote control supplied; a few sounds of the siren
mean that the disabling function is activated.
- Activate the alarm within 20 seconds.
Disabling will only be valid for one activation. In fact, if the disabling operation is not repeated the ultra-
sonics will be active at the next activation.
If one of the doors was not closed properly and you activate the alarm, the system does not guarantee the security stan-
dard it has been designed for.
The alarm system will notify you about this anomaly 3 seconds after activation with 4 short beeps of the siren - all with
different tones - warning you that the state of the vehicle is not correct.
Led
By means of a LED installed on your camper's windshield you can have information about the alarm system status
- LED OFF: deactivated.
- QUICKLY FLASHING LED: neutral time (first 25 seconds after activation).
- VERY QUICKLY FLASHING LED: neutral time with volumetric protection deactivated.
- SLOWLY FLASHING LED: warning status (after 25 seconds from activation, when the system is active).
NOTE: If the LED flashes after the alarm is deactivated please read the "Alarm Memory" chapter.
