6. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
These submersible electric pumps are particularly designed for clean waters. Its use is subject to
the directives of local legislation.
Before installation and use, please read the instructions.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility in the event of an incident or damage due to negli-
gence or failure to observe the instructions described in this booklet or the conditions indicated
on the plate. It also declines any responsibility for damages caused due to improper use of the
submersible pump.

7. IMPORTANT

Before carrying out any control or maintenance operation, disconnect the system voltage.
Before installation, make sure that the power supply is equipped with an earth connection and that
it complies with the regulations.
These pumps are not suitable and cannot be used for the transfer of fl ammable liquids or to ope-
rate in explosive atmospheres.
Avoid any contact between the supply voltage and the liquid to be pumped. Do not modify the
electrical components of the electric pump.
In no case should the electric pump be held, transported or lifted by holding the power cable.

8. PRELIMINARY INSPECTIONS

Extract the contents of the package and check its contents. Also check that the data indicated on
the plate correspond to the needs of the installation. In case of any anomaly, immediately contact
Proindecsa, indicating the nature of the defect.
ATTENTION: If in doubt about the indication or not of the pump, do not use it.

9. CONDITIONS OF USE

The submersible electric pump must be used respecting the following conditions:
- Maximum liquid temperature: + 30ºC
- Allowable voltage variation: 5%
- Degree of protection: IP 68
- For special executions the water temperature can reach up to 50ºC

10. INSTALLATION

Installation is an operation that can be complex. It must therefore be carried out by a competent
and authorized worker.
ATTENTION: During the installation apply all the security measures dictated by the competent
bodies and by common sense.
