PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

This machine is designed for cleaning of car wheels i.e. the tyre and rim assembly. Any other area of use is prohibited.
SAFETY OF THE MACHINE
To guarantee the high standard of safety of the machine (declared through the CE-label) the following conditions must be
kept:
- The machine must be installed according to instructions
- The machine must be used according to instructions
- The maintenance of the machine must be done according to instructions
- Only original spare parts may be used
- These instructions for use must always be available at the machine
INSTALLATION
First of all, check if the machine has been damaged during the transport. If so, report this immediately to the transport
company.
Remove the packaging and check again that the machine has not been damaged during the transport. If so, report this
immediately to the transport company.
If the machine is lifted with a fork-lift from the front, it must be lifted with the forks as far to the right as possible, since the
center of gravity is on the right side of the machine (see picture 1). Note that the forks of the forklift MUST reach all the
way under the machine and out on the other side regardless if the machine is lifted from the front or from the side (see
picture 2).
Place the machine in a horizontal and stable position (it must not tilt on three legs) and put a piece of rubber carpet or
similar under each leg.
Comments to machines built for 380-400 volt: 16 A slow fuses are normally working. A condition is that no other
electrical equipment is connectsd to these fuses. 20 A slow fuses are however recommended. These ensure a good
margain when running the machine. Also in this case, a condition is that no other electrical equipment is connectsd to
these fuses. If automatic (fast) fuses are to be used, the proper strength of the fuses must be tried out, as different fuse
manufacturer's offer different "slowness".
The machine must be connected by a professional electrician.
Carefully check that the motors rotate in the direction indicated by the arrows on the motors. To check this, open
the bonnet (see picture 3), use the extra magnet included, which is placed by the manufacturing lable inside the motor
room (see picture 8) to close the safety switch wich is fitted on the left edge of the bonnet (see picture 7).
Connect compressed air of max 13 bar (max 200 psi). Make sure that the airfeed line to the machine is large enough to
avoid preasure drop. The air regulator of the machine is pre-set at 10 bar (150 psi).
Open the hood and remove the granula basket. Put the basket aside for later use when cleaning the machine (see the
chapter "CHANGE OF WATER"). Empty the enclosed bag with granula completely into the machine.
Below right in the wash room there is a red water level indicator (see picture 5) with two notches. Fill the machine with
water so that the granula level falls within the lower notch (see picture 6) of the indicator. Correct water level is extremely
important (see the chapter "DAILY MAINTENANCE"). Please note that when the machine is filled with water, it may
only be lifted with a fork-lift FROM THE FRONT, not from the back or from the side, or else you risk damaging the
bottom tray. Note that the forks of the fork-lift MUST reach all the way under the machine and out on backside (see
picture 2).
Place the enclosed rubber mat in front of the machine, to prevent slipping if granula is dropped on the floor when using
the machine.
During wintertime, if there is a risk of freezing, the machine must be emptied of water. Otherwise the pump as well as the
bottom tray will be damaged by ice.
