NOTE: Do not overtighten the SCREWS into the TOP.

Fasten the BASE (I) to the ENDS (A2 and B2). Use four

BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the
METAL BRACKETS on the BASE and into the ENDS.
